Sessions are facilitated by Hana Kamea Kemble (Registered Somatic Movement Therapist and Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst) and can be tailored to the unique needs and goals of each person/client.

Sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours in length (your choice), and can take place in person or online using Zoom.

Movement is a way of knowing yourself.
"Come back to the life of movement! Fill it with yourself.
To fill it with yourself, you have to come back to the inside, to feel yourself. Otherwise it is simply an imitation."
Irmgaard Bartenieff (as quoted by Peggy Hackney in her book Making Connections)
movement therapist and physical therapist (IRMGAARD lived from 1900-1981)
